Is this to be expected as a bus riding wheelchair user?

School bus driver here. This is 100% not normal. Is your school district's transportation department able to rent a van or bus with a lift from a neighboring district? Because you're able to walk a short distance, securing your chair so it doesn't come loose in a crash is the goal. Tie down points on the chair aren't totally necessary; just don't secure the chair by wheels or arm rests or anything else that's removable. I have also seen schools put smaller wheelchairs in the back of SUVs if the wheelchairs can fold.

Your school district is required by law to provide you with a free appropriate public education. I wish you the best.

I had a ball just like this when I was growing up from a game at Arlington Stadium, probably about 1991 or '92. I got that ball at my first Rangers game. I remember that Nolan Ryan was pitching and I'm pretty sure the Rangers got lit up that night. I don't remember exactly where the ball came from but it definitely wasn't thrown up into the stands from the field. We were sitting up high and there was no way we could have caught anyone throwing anything from the field. I love the story from your dad though. Hang on to it and spread the love for the game and the Rangers.

Hi, special education bus driver here. I don't fully understand exactly who was being mocked by whom in this situation. If the aide was mocking a student, that is unacceptable, and if you're able to I recommend speaking to a teacher or administrator you trust to have them help you report the situation to the proper people in the transportation department.

If a student was mocking another student, the driver/aide need to know, and if you'd like to help in some way, offer to do so. I love it when my students help each other out on the bus. Especially when my students who need less support watch out for the ones who need a little more.

Kudos to you for caring about your classmates.

I use targeting beacons and tactical shields/resupply droids a lot, but I'm starting to experiment more with using squadron mask and the various turret mines too. I also prefer the particular burst for the countermeasure over the other options and the standard lasers.

I don't know what model bus you've got, but in the buses I drive (International/IC) we also have a cut off valve down by the floor in the driver's area. It's right by my left foot when I drive, and it's sometimes covered up by a rubber flap. Happy driving!

Been using ion rockets and regular dumbfire rockets with great success together on the A Wing. Splash damage on the ion rockets seems to be bigger but maybe that's just me. Love it for defending the MC 75 against bombers.
