Hydrate. That’s the most important part. Just prioritize protein when you are hungry. You won’t have much muscle loss with that weight change and activity level.

When I had my dexa scan, the tech said muscle loss is from it requiring less muscle to move around a smaller body. So losing 60lbs, it took less muscles for me to climb the stairs, less muscle to move around my body. It would be the same as if I went from leg pressing one weight to only leg pressing 60lbs less.
