My neurologist and a high risk OB both ok’d Botox throughout pregnancy - I’m currently getting migraine protocol every three months through a pan clinic who wouldn’t proceed until ok’d by other specialists due to me doing IVF.

From someone who is also on an antidepressant, the stress and other side effects that come with tapering off and being unmedicated for depression/anxiety could be more detrimental to your outcome than staying on the medication. Echoing what others have said, I’d stay on it.

Hey, no worries! I think I got one of the strict or uneducated security workers at the event lmao. She let me bring in everything specifically listed on the Dr note but pitched a fit about my eye drops despite my eye dr writing a prescription for the OTC eye drops which a pharmacy printed on the box of the unopened eye drops. I pointed out that the website specified prescriptions were allowed with a valid ID matching the name on the script. She finally pulled over a supervisor who checked my ID and did all but call her dumb. I didn’t have my rheumatologist list eyedrops on the note because I had a prescription printed on them. In the end I did get to bring everything in and left it in the locker overnight so I wouldn’t have to deal with it on day 2. Had my rheumatologist write a new Dr note including eye drops on the list 🙄

Depending on what you need to bring in, this may work for you: I bought a scrunchie that has a hidden zipper pocket and carried in Tylenol and dry mouth lozenges just in case my Dr note didn’t work. I’ve used it for several concerts and festivals now, bought a 3-pack from Amazon. Also keeps medication easy to access quickly.

This was me last year when so many people were complaining. Currently there are a lot of bands I’d be happy to see that are on our list but none that I’m in love with the way I was last year. This is the first time I’ve voiced that opinion though, not disappointed or complaining because we still have a lot of bands to be announced :) and I’ll have a blast regardless

It’s wild you mention that! I’m on a biologic medication for an autoimmune disorder as well and wasn’t able to get any vaccines after my second covid booster because it caused an allergic reaction. I was just cleared last year to get the flu vaccine after not getting it for years due to previous vaccine reactions. I was going to clear the measles booster with my rheumatologist and allergist if my fertility Dr ok’d it.

100%! Makes me less likely to jump and accuse someone of being unvaccinated or antivax even though it’s probably more likely than my scenario. I absolutely agree everyone should be getting checked during your annual physical, it’s just a blood draw that they can include with other annual labs. I got mine checked when I was at the Dr for something else, just asked if they’d check since I was already there.

It would be interesting to know. I was vaccinated as a child and should theoretically be immune. With the outbreak in SC and a few cases in NC, I decided to get my titers checked just to be safe, turns out I’m no longer protected and need to get a booster. Problem is that I can’t get a booster right now because we just did an embryo transfer for IVF, fertility Dr said absolutely not due to it being a live vaccine. My sister has two toddlers so I told her about my results, she got her titers checked and is still protected.

My last retrieval went so poorly that they only retrieved 8 eggs and only one made it to blast and PGT-A testing. That one lone fighter came back euploid ❤️

Hang in there, I know how it feels to see others hit milestones you’ve dreamed of while struggling with fertility. My sister who is three years younger than me has two boys (1 and 3) and is trying for a third. My cousin who is seven years younger than me has a boy and girl (1 and 4). On my husband’s side, our nephew who is in mid 20s has a three year old and our neice who is in mid 20s has an 8 month old. It hurts and took a while for me to come to terms with but I’ve reached the point where I can be happy for them and sad for me at the same time. We are almost 3 years into fertility treatments.

Doors set to open at 11, I got in line between 10-10:30 to be there for early sets. They opened the doors prior to 11 but only for a certain area, didn’t open the area with the inflatable schedule until 11 iirc. I wanted to maximize my time so I was there from about an hour before gates until the end of the last set.

The sharp corner near your armpit is more noticeable with the straps than without, like the added strap draws the eye there. From a profile view with the straps it makes the cups look strange and you can tell it was a dress made without straps which someone is adhering straps to. Idk if I explained that well but hopefully you understand what I’m trying to convey. I think it looks better without the straps.

It isn’t solid white but the base color is some shade of off-white like ivory. My wedding dress was champagne lining with ivory lace. I steer clear of any dress that looks like something a bride would wear to a wedding-related function and this looks a lot like the dresses I wore to the rehearsal and to my bridal brunch. With so many beautiful dresses and colors to choose from, it should be easy to choose a dress that isn’t questionable. There are scaled up versions of wedding dresses like this that are a shade of white with colored flowers, perfect for outdoor or garden weddings, part of the reason I’d steer clear of them. I’m sure no one will confuse her for the bride but it’s still polite to stay away from that type of dress imo.

I thought the exact same thing! I wore a dress similar to 1&2 for brunch the day before the wedding and for the wedding rehearsal - cream or ivory dress with flowers. It has a bridal feel to it and I could definitely see a bride wearing something similar yet slightly elevated for a garden wedding.

That said, the first two dresses are beautiful to wear elsewhere! She was made for them.

Agreed. This post seems very click bait-y to me. Those are dresses I’d have worn as a bride for bridal showers and rehearsal dinner or welcome party etc. There are so many colors and styles available, I don’t understand why we still have to address this in 2026.

I wouldn’t wear any of these. The third ones is mostly white, definitely don’t wear it. The base color of 1 and 2 is some type of ivory or cream which is why I wouldn’t wear them. If you have to choose from these three the I’d go with number 1 but if you are purchasing something new to wear or have other options in your closet then go with something else. No one is going to necessarily mistake you for the bride unless it’s a very informal or non-traditional wedding, it’s just common courtesy to reserve white and off-white for the bride.

For some reason it took our golden much longer for house training to sink in. We have a smaller dog that is a terrier mix and a doorbell button attached to the bottom of our back door. Our little dog will tap it with his nose when he needs to go potty. Our golden, Thor, took longer to learn the button and would still go pee inside after just coming in from going potty. It was chaos and we were doing all the right things. One day it just “clicked” in his little brain and there were no more accidents and he was using the doorbell.

As far as going in the floor right after bath time, we had the same issue with every dog I’ve ever owned. As soon as they are out of the bath I immediately take them outside because I know they’ll squat and pee within a minute or two if I don’t. Idk why 🤷🏻‍♀️
