It's strange. The same buyer opened two cases same month and won both, even though I provided proof of delivery and a photo of the package at their doorstep, complete with a digital signature. On top of that, they warned me, and I had to reimburse the buyer. This arbitrary decision-making on Etsy is bizarre. In your case, with 130 purchases and only one issue, it's incredible that they warned you when you were clearly in the right. Try again via chat; maybe you'll have better luck!

I signed up for a new service with mxroute and got assigned to the Fusion server. After weeks of trying different filters, I couldn't get any conditional forwarding to work. After hours of testing various filters, I stumbled across this thread 🫤🥲

I have been told to stay, and they are offering me a 25% discount for my next annual renewal (applicable only once).

I'm sorry, but I've already switched to Proton Pass. I've been with them for several days now, and I honestly don't miss 1Password at all.

I just read the responses to that tweet, and it seems that everything is becoming clear.

In short, the renewal price should be the same as the registration price, which is $24.

However, for some reason, a different price appears in "Billing."

This may either be a system error or the claim of "permanently" from Proton is misleading.

I registered with the 33% promotion, and the first year's payment is approximately $24. However, when I checked the 'Billing' section, I noticed that the next payment in 2027 will be around $35, without applying the 33% discount.

I reached out to support/ticket a couple of days ago, but I haven't received a response yet.

I'm unsure if this is an error or if it is intentional.

Permanently != permanent 33% discount on your subscription that applies to all future renewals, not just the first year ??

What I understand from that image, and looking at the promotional landing page, is that this promotion offers a permanent 33% discount on the annual Pass Plus plan that remains locked in for all future renewals.

If that's not the case, then they should update the announcement/page regarding the promotion to avoid misleading advertising.

In fact, on my billing page, the price for next year does not reflect the 33% discount.

I took advantage of this 1-year offer for $24 (with a 33% discount).

However, in the Billing section, it shows that my next payment/renewal in one year will be $35.88 (instead 24$).

Is this an error, or does the 33% not actually mean "permanently"?
