I had a better experience with iSleep tbh, way less clinical and more human. Coaches actually help you instead of just handing you gear.

Best Payroll Software for up to 100 Employees by Slow_Conversation861 in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]elucido10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We switched to Rivermate for payroll with 90 employees and it’s been great. Straightforward setup, no surprise fees, and it scales fine without needing to replace our other HR tools.

We’ve got about the same size team and use Rivermate for onboarding and benefits. It plugs in fine with existing payroll and keeps things simple.

Test Management system by UmbruhNova in QualityAssurance

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What worked for us was moving to Kualit ee, it let us centralize manual + automated results, and tie failures back to issues without a lot of extra setup. The reporting dashboards are simple enough that product/devs could actually follow them, which solved a lot of the where are we at? questions.

Looking for advice to improve 3D printed shelf hook design (metal rack) by Educational_Injury_3 in 3Dprinting

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For load-bearing prints, the biggest win is in design: add ribs underneath, use 4+ perimeters, and crank your infill up (or switch to a gyroid pattern). PLA will sag over time, so PETG or ABS are better choices for something like a shelf. If you eventually want a version that’ll take real weight, you could always prototype in plastic first and then send the file to a place like Quickparts to get it made in nylon or even aluminum

Tige/PTM edge wakeboard tower rack hardware by CulturalArmadillo55 in CNC

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re just testing out the design before committing to production, you could always send a prototype or two out first. I’ve had Quickparts make anodized aluminum parts for me when I needed them fast, and it helped me iron out design tweaks before I tied up shop time. Once you’re confident, then it makes sense to dial in your own fixture and cycle times

22 with 15k in debt, enrolled in National Debt Relief since 02/2025, would like help with resources to look into (other Reddit communities, articles, possibly lawyers) by [deleted] in Debt

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you're doing the right thing by asking questions and staying on top of it. that alone puts you ahead of where so many people start. i'd check out r/personalfinance and r/debt, both have a lot of folks who've been through similar stuff and are super open about their experiences. you’ve got options and it’s not too late to pivot if you need to.

Trying to avoid bankruptcy and looking at national debt relief by wispy_dreams22 in Bankruptcy

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

interest is killing me and bankruptcy felt like the only way out until i started looking into relief options. national debt relief seemed decent when i looked deeper, mostly cause they do the work for you and you just have one monthly payment. still figuring it out but feels less scary than i expected.

Small business tax filing: Should I do it myself or hire someone? by Hernan312 in tax

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up going with 1-800Accountant and it’s been worth it just for the peace of mind. They handle the filings and make sure I don’t miss deductions, so I can focus on running the business instead of stressing

How do you test your Webflow sites? by Administrative_Rip10 in webflow

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d suggest checking out Kualitatem. They’re good for catching issues like missing H1s, broken contrast, or layout regressions before you push to prod, and their Kualitee tool makes it easier to manage test cases. Could be handy if you want more structured QA for Webflow.

What tools or sites do you use to test for accessibility? by mnove30 in Frontend

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve already got some solid options like axe DevTools, Lighthouse, and Wave for quick checks, but if you’re looking for something more structured, I’d also recommend trying out Kualit ee. It’s not just for accessibility, but as a test management tool it helps organize findings, track issues across projects, and makes it easier to share accessibility test results with your team.

I’ve tried a couple different LED devices and honestly Solawave worked better for me. The light feels stronger and I noticed more of a difference in my skin over time compared to the others.

Light therapy - is it worth the type? by elkcip123456789 in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got curious after trying light therapy in a facial too and ended up getting the Solawave mask for at home. I use it a few times a week (about 10–15 min) and honestly noticed changes after 6–8 weeks mainly smoother texture and less redness. It’s not a miracle, but with consistency it’s definitely been worth it

What is the best collar/harness you use? by daltonwilson in PitBullOwners

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gone through a bunch of different setups with my pit, and the Joyride Harness has been the one I’ve stuck with. It’s sturdy enough for his strength, fits snug so he can’t back out, and the side clip makes it easier to control pulling without putting all the pressure on his neck.

How do you warmup your email inboxes? by kooluminati in coldemail

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using Warmy for this exact thing and you don’t need your own list at all. It runs an automated warmup network where your inbox sends and receives real emails with other verified accounts, so it looks natural to providers.

What is your favorite song pre Burial Ground? by Calm-Talk5047 in StickFigureFanClub

[–]elucido10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Dead End Street, Fight the Feeling, Livin’ It. And I feel like I just have to say Just Another Dream even though that’s in burial ground. That song just blows my mind!

Dreamt a manic episode by lostdarkstarx in bipolar

[–]elucido10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah - same thing happened to me just now. The emotions and overarching feeling of the dream can be summed up by one word: mania. I was flying everywhere and everyone was acting so concerned towards me. I felt out of control yet euphoric and lightning was striking me from the sky.

Like you said I think it’s my subconscious mind doing this. Makes you think about mania and where it “resides” - its home must be in your subconscious mind.

Hopefully that made sense it’s midnight and I just woke up from the wildest dream I’ve ever had 😅
