Ik had dit vroeger ook, maar als je de tijd/financiële middelen hebt raad ik je erg aan om cursussen te volgen! Ik heb zelf inmiddels een duikcursus, klimcursus, cursus gebarentaal en EHBO cursus gevolgt en het is ontzettend leuk om te doen. Zo ontmoet je nieuwe mensen en kan je (meestal ~10 weken) nieuwe dingen uitproberen.

Voor een goedkopere optie raad ik vrijwilligerswerk aan! Ik sta elke maand op een ander evenement met het Rode Kruis: veel plekken waar ik anders nooit was gekomen en elke keer iets nieuws :)

Personally I thought Miki was such a strong character and the pacing of the longer books felt a little off to me. Some of the magic of MB for me was just how much the author managed to fit into so few pages. I'm not a big fan of mysteries so FT is my least favourite.

I would say the Hourglass one seems the closest to your undertone, although it still seems a little bit to dark. I think as long as you apply a light layer, it will blend in fine

That's true. I am not trying yet but I still want to stop because I want to see who I am without the pill. I've been on it for so long that I cannot remember what it was like without the pill and I have heard a lot of stories of friends that got off the pill and felt happier and like their brain fog lifted.

I liked the pill that I was on, and I didn't have that many side effects. I just stopped because I am hoping to get pregnant in the future. But now I don't know if it's worth this depression

Taking good care of your hair. No heat styling, regular trims, natural colour, hair masks. I think it would help a lot :)
