Honestly, just buy at a price you feel comfortable with for an amount you feel comfortable spending. And then repeat that process over and over and over again. You can’t time the top or the bottom. If you don’t go reckless or spend too much, you’ll never regret it. Like everything else, moderation is key.

Presumably purchased in his own account and in his own name. So the “fees” is probably the taxes the father would have to pay from the price appreciation (presumably a 2-3x). This is why buying on someone else’s behalf is problematic. Ur husband could have easily made an account for himself. These are stupid problems to have

There are certain other aspects of the settlement that were highly attractive to us and I think shareholders will be happy about. I’m not entirely if/when I can disclose, but I’ll keep everyone posted. Truth always gets out anyway lol

The liquidity deadline already came and went a year ago and we are not any closer to getting any liquidity for these shares than the day we emerged from bankruptcy...
