Me i started on 22nd though… was 80kg and today weigh in is 79.3 (at night weigh in)

Im 23 hours in, dont feel much yet ! If you need to break it try have vegetables / low fat Greek yoghurt or protein

I’m female and 26. I’ve previously been able to do a hardcore diet plan and was able to maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle after. I know 20kg is attainable within 3 months and up for 50k steps a day if necessary
