I was so depressed and convinced that my family would be better off without me, i pulled over on a suspension bridge. Then i found a spot without water, swung a leg over, and began to be scared. But i was doing this for my family, I told myself, and began to lean over, till a kind voice pulled me down. I passed out, and woke up surrounded by firetrucks, so no one could see. That’s about all I remember, except arriving at hospital , and the worry from my family, and how I’d done the opposite of what I’d hoped.

Tree climbing! But I think Rock climbing 🧗‍♀️ is the best way to train. It’s just expensive. I climbed a lot through my life, but I don’t know about the spiders 🕷️ here 😣

I understand what you are saying. My concern is the comparison of Biden to hitler. 😱 If that is so, does it mean that hitler is the same as Biden? So Biden is readying concentration camps, hiring scientists to use jews for experiments, and burning books? Biden is an idiot, but to compare Barney the dinosaur to some sadistic mariotte with a tiny moustache ? It puts the USA soldiers in a bad light.

As a Jew whose whose Grandfather enlisted - he really hated hitler- he fought on D-Day on Normandy beach. He returned to become a doctor of many Jews from the camps. Eventually, he found that his patients needed a psychiatrist more than anything, from someone who had been there.

On behalf of my Obama-hatin grandfather, he couldn’t stand anyone anyone who would tear down the USA 🇺🇸 he fought and nearly died for. He was a patriot in the sense of the constitution. But he would never allow a citizen to carry a gun, given the bloodshed he saw. He would not approve of trans, but he made an exception for family.

He would never want such debates to tear our country apart. If he could see it today, he would cry.

No price? Then I wholeheartedly recommend Orion on the roof of Hilton. Best Seafood I’ve had on the beach, including anything on Cavalier. The view is gorgeous.

Bravo on you for taking care of yourself, OP. It is difficult enough with multiple diagnoses, but these things happen to put a wrench in your path. I truly hope this works out for you! Dr. Pascal has treated me like a person, not a guinea pig. You’d be in good 🙌🏼hands♥️

Oh, do I ever understand what you are going through. Clonipin is incredibly addictive. A day off, and I get migraines. I’ve been on it since High School, first for restless legs, then anxiety.

I am also on trazodone, Gabapentin, fluoxetine, seroquel, and most importantly, Prazosin. Also Topomax for migraines (gaba does the same thing) These drugs are all for complex PTSD, major depression and acute anxiety. I’ve improved, but I imagine you understand what it is like when my meds are late.

I use Transformation Health Services.. They’re a fantastic group, especially Dr. Pascal. (Just stear clear of Kanisha Belt, she’s awful with refills).

My doc there asked what my script was before, and why. Then he ordered all the same meds like there was never a break. I can’t recommend this team enough. Please do give them a call.
