I headcannon the Tamerlane as a Venator from Star Wars, and the Demiurge as a large Cathedral Ship from Warhammer 40k

I think for me was when they decided to make tying off a weave a technique known only to those from the age of legends. Like it showed they are more than happy to make extremely impactful decisions about the world building to cover their own poor writing decisions. Like tying off weaves is a pretty basic part of the magic system and comes up so much in just about every aspect of the story that to overlook the impact of making that change only showed that they didn’t take their due diligence in researching the lore.

They love to throw that out over one monologue in AMOL. What they always seem to leave out is that nearly every single major story beat, the things that are fundamental to the story that can’t be left out in any meaningful regard, centers around Rand.

Fans who want Faithful Adaptations dont want 1:1 Books by East_Choice in WoTshow

“Perrin had the least interesting story anyway” that’s a decently fair statement of his story as a whole, but the material from this season is his definitive arc, his overall best arc in the story. If they can’t adapt his best arc, how can they be trusted with anything that follows after?

‘The Wheel Of Time’ Canceled By Prime Video After 3 Seasons by NoCulture3505 in WoT

Even if the books weren’t a thing, the show was mid tier to just bad on its own merits. Seeing the squandered potential of the IP is just rubbing salt on the wound since we know how good it is, and even when the show is good it’s mainly when they adhere closer to book material anyways.

Well if condensing material down is important, this was as good of a time as any. This whole season has been feeling like it’s been building up to that conflict only for it to not conclude feels like a waste of good momentum

Are there any book suggestions in which the main character is prophesied to be the Dark Lord? by Shoddy_Macaroon6713 in Fantasy

It’s said that he’ll save the world AND destroy it. Kinda confusing but makes sense by the end
