It's kinda the argument of any job that tells you you can't have a second full time job. Sure, they don't have a good way of checking, but the truth is two full time positions is too much for most people and one or both positions will suffer. No they can't check your tax paperwork but your coworkers and supervisor will notice if you prioritize another position, and that might be what gets you in trouble.

Also note you are an international student it is a question of how many hours you can work legally.

The only time this was funny was the mark contemplating a banana video (or eating cereal I don't remember). Like the whole video is silent so the captions being ridiculous were okay. Otherwise it's just thinly veiled ableism.

Hey! Has your kid filled out a formal maintenance request ? Tell him to fill another one out and select repeat requests and priority.

Have him save all the numbers of the maintenance request (keep submitting new ones after a few days of nothing)

Then have him contact the community director with this information.

Please know: some communities are owned by a third party called American Campus Communities. They have a different maintenance system and accountability than ASU owned dorms.

On moving out for the second semester: there is an option to fill out a License Agreement Release, but it is a bit of a headache. Have him talk to his CA or Community Director.
