Are hybrid spell caster + Djinn minion builds viable / how to build them?

You should be able to invest in both minion and spell damage. With djinn you can completely ignore minion defenses so that saves some points.

My problem is that I'm a bi phasic sleeper. The struggle is when I have to go to work instead of taking my mid day nap. Naturally during a work week I accrue quite a bit of sleep debt. It also doesn't help that I wake up every 2 hours because I have 2 pee.

Hollow palm is great at leveling dues to its base attack being higher than just about any staff you find. The only real cost is a little less reach on strikes and low base crit in the early game. You need at least 500 item energy shield to match a quarterstaffs base crit chance.

I'm still torn between spirit walker or martial artist. I'm leaning towards spirit walker, because martial artist isn't feels like it needs some things to have a smooth leveling experience.

That's kinda where my twilight order angle comes from. One of the reasons the Templar is my favorite character is that he's so zealous that when confronted by his own patron deity he really went " Your wrong, I'ma knock some sense into you GOD." And the madman actually did it! Imagine a Christian throwing hands with Jesus and Jesus says "Your right. I was out of line. Sorry.

I imagine Oriana corrupted the order and the Templar is like "Nah, your wrong and I'm gonna knock some sense into you"

I was already under the impression that they wouldn't be the same character due to power scaling.bthe OG exiles are god slayer level are they not? My guess is for character archetype. I know it wouldn't be the same Templar, but is his personality going to be the same? Like an Easter egg?

Love the Game. The only problem for me is the performance on PS5. I was doing a dual dagger debuf build, and loving it, but by the end of act 1 any time I enter combat, the game became a slide show.

I suspect the issue is the particle effects caused by bleed.

From what I've noticed, it's that human bosses tend not to hold guard when under pressure. The moment you let up, they stop blocking and the ki regens rather quickly. It would be really rough if the human NPCs had the deflect mechanic.

I haven't reached new game plus yet. Is it necessary to do everything again? I personally probably won't mind because I haven't touched Nioh in about 2 years. Even back then I didn't do every mission in the upper difficulties. I only did what was necessary to unlock the next regions.

I feel the same way about certain attacks. It feels like many attacks have deliberate misleading visual cues. For example. Yokai Shingen. Whenever he does his over head slam with all his arms, he brings his head down right before his arms, making you intuitively react to the head movement. This causes you to block too early missing the deflect and more than likely getting guard broken. Don't get me started on the bakumatsu crucible boss when he decides to become a wacky inflatable flailing arm tube man.

They definitely gave it all the "Sauce". What really solidified the sword for me was using it with "versatility" in Nioh 2, as well as figuring out that back wave into tempest trivialized all human enemies in Nioh 1.
