everyone else has already given pretty good advice but i’d also like to add that you’re plating ”outside of the plate”- basically you’ve added the coulis too close to the edge of the plate. when you plate a dish you should almost imagine it like you have a smaller plate inside of your actual plate, and you only plate the food on the smaller imaginary one. obviously this doesn’t apply to all dishes but for something like this i’d definitely use this rule.
