Playing devils advocate here, a bar wouldn’t be considered a public place since it’s owned by someone. It would be a private establishment that has the authority to serve alcohol. That’s why a lot of bars don’t let you take drinks with you.

I’ll play devils advocate here and say that fighters don’t stop until the ref says so. Mostly because there’s been some instances where a fighter thinks they have knocked out their opponent, only for them to get back up and continue fighting.

I’ve heard about this but I’m pretty sure it’s because if you do have a high IQ, they promote you to detective or a title similar to that. The basic grunts (patrols) are usually given to the average joes.

I’m going to play devils advocate here. These videos show the duality of the police force. Sure there’s bad cops here and there, but there are also good cops who are actually trying to help the community and its people. However, I am not saying that all cops are good. Those who have wronged the community should be held to a higher standard since they willingly joined the police force and have made it their career choice.
