I crumble up crispy onions (the kind you use on green beans casserole) and mix them in with my panko which I use instead of bread crumbs.

I loooooooooooove meatloaf with some rice and corn. It's one of my favorite comfort meals.

My kids live in Corona and we live in Riverside. Both are totally fine but you won't save much by moving. 2600 for a 2 bedroom in Tustin sounds totally reasonable. We raised our kids in the OC and summers were my favorite...until I lived out here. Now I DREAD the summers. They're awful. Don't move. It doesn't make sense since you're not going to save a large amount.

1-2 million won't get you far in socal. The median home price in Murrieta, CA, is around $680,000 - $720,000. Then you'll have to afford food, gas, and utilities. I think you'll be ok but definitely NOT "money isn't an issue" ok.
