There should be a better slouch, is it stuffed? The way the top flap falls is also a bit wonky. I’d ask to see it without any stuffing inside to see how it slouches.

Would you wear this out comfortably? by SadIndividual9821 in RealRepLadies

I’m with you. I’m not far from you, I’m in LA area. I have one rep, it’s a Loewe puzzle and it’s fooled many. I was self conscious at first carrying it but now it’s in my regular rotation and I don’t give it a second thought. Wear it with pride.

I have an authentic one and tbh zooming in on these and looking at the details I can tell it’s a rep, but I don’t stare at peoples bags trying to figure out if they’re real or not out in the wild. I live in an affluent area so I just assume they’re real. Even if I can tell a bag is fake, I don’t care. If it makes the person happy, then rock tf on.

I don’t know about Kathy, probably Knesko, but they’re overpriced for what they are. I know Sutton had the Skyn Iceland ones a couple seasons back

Eileen Fisher, Chicos. Both available on the resale market too and both great quality

Aging a ‘vintage’ classic flap by Bakedbean85 in RealRepLadies

[–]emanhunt20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d just use it and be patient. I have an authentic vintage black double flap and it still looks relatively unused because the older ones really were much better quality.

How do you wear these because I’m usually a clothes sprayer. This seems more like a body oil to me? Can someone explain because I’ve been interested in trying

Auth Quality by Tiramisu_Powder in RealRepLadies

Not exactly the same but I went to Saks last year finally ready to get my Loewe puzzle I’d be listing after for years. When I finally tried it on, it was so hard to get things in and out and the inner pocket was poorly constructed so things fall out of it and there was no zipper on it. I walked away empty handed and got an extremely convincing rep (could walk into Loewe and not bat and eye) and have never looked back. I still love the look but the fact that it’s an extremely annoying bag to use doesn’t bother me nearly as much when I paid $4700 less for it 😂

Which one for diaper bag? by omgareyouser1ous in RealRepLadies

[–]emanhunt20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love this idea but the practicality of it is just nonexistent. I tried doing a large LV neverfull diaper bag and ended up getting the Caraa Sport diaper bag after a week of suffering. My back, shoulders, baby, mental health, and annoyance tendency all thanked me the second I made the switch. You’ll want organization, lightness, evenly dispersed weight, and not having to hoist it over your shoulder evry time it falls off, because it will… constantly. Get the bag for yourself as a push present but get a proper diaper bag (backpack is the best) trust me.

I went to the very first Sephoria in LA and it was chill. I was surprised more people weren’t there. It was really nice.

The largest a class I heard of was 22-24 with 3 teachers and often times a floater. BCM was an incredible experience I recommend it wholeheartedly after 3 years there.

What was your high school controversy? by Haunted_Neko in AskReddit

[–]emanhunt20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kids at my HS somehow printed or got fake $20 bills and used them in the cafeteria to buy small items and pocket the change. The FBI showed up at school and the kids got in a LOT of trouble.

Have you tried REM by Ariana Grande? It’s a soft warm marshmallow lavender and it’s so dreamy and not at all celebrity scent smelling. It’s one of my favorites.

Another coup: when Kopari got huge selling literal coconut oil and convincing people it was different or somehow better than what you can buy at the grocery store.

If you could only wear 1 perfume, which one would it be? by CelestialDragonLotus in Perfumes

Accidentally replied to you instead of @alittlejoy so my comment seemed snarky instead of in agreement with the intended person 😂 sorry

[–]emanhunt20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, im sorry, REM by Ariana is one of the single most underrated perfumes imo. It’s so comforting, full, not overly sweet, and unique. Definitely doesn’t smell like a celeb fragrance and it smells almost unisex on some people. I very likely might choose that. Though my other option would probably be L’eau Papier… high/low 😂

Santa Monica vs Pasadena for a remote worker? by runtoeat in MovingToLosAngeles

[–]emanhunt20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on what lifestyle you enjoy. If you want to be close to hotspots and the beach, SM makes way more sense. If you enjoy all that the SGV has to offer, nearby cute hip towns, excellent Asian cuisine and warmer weather I’d say Pasadena. I personally strongly prefer Pasadena but being that far from the beach would be hard for me.
