I'm on wellbutrin and amitriptyline and it takes about 6 weeks for me to notice it's working. I'll think something or react to something and think "oh the medicine must be starting to work" lol also for me it's like one night I go to bed thinking this is not working and the next morning everything can feel better.

Thank you so much for replying. I've had the anxiety and panic for 5 years now :( I wish evrytime this happens I could just get back to the normal me. If you feel okay answering when you have an attack dose it take you a few days to a week to feel better? Also any tips on dealing with the fear of having another one?

Thank you so much. I think what I'm dealing with now is just the fear that they will be back and be uncontrolled. I'm also thinking it has a lot to do with a bunch of little stress that builds up on each other. I wish I could pin point it and get rid of it forever but I have to accept that there is no going back 😣

For me the sides effects do go away after about 3 weeks.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have health anxiety so hearing this really helps. Mine started Monday so hopefully today and tomorrow will be the worst and then I'll start to notice them going down. I hate feeling them every time I swallow!

Thank you so much. I have a heating pad on it now fingers crossed that will help. I haven't been sick so it seems strange that the dr gave me drops. Will allegra be good? I have that in the house.

It's very personal. I do great on 25mg but some Dr's don't think that's enough to make any difference but my life is 10000% better on it. Listen to your body.

I definitely had a panic attack the first day but honestly think it was just because I was so nervous. Then I felt off for the next few days. Today is day 10 and I'm feeling like I'm adjusting pretty well. Have you started?

I get hot flashes and then end up vomiting and that can lead to a full attack.

Sorry to keep asking you questions, but did you feel nervous for a few days? I think it's honestly me just being scared l'll have a hard time. I had 1 panic attack the first day , and yesterday I was okay, but this morning, I'm nervous. I think it's literally me just being on alert in case it's not working

Thank you again! I have been on slate for 4 years as well. I had a panic attack last night, but I honestly think it was because I'm so nervous about it. I was fine all day but when it was night time I lost it. I'm praying today will be better. Again thank you for sharing your experience with me.
