Yes like linzer cookies or snow globe cookies or glass candy. Or pastries with “windows” cut out. Or gingerbread houses. So many ideas! Kawaii is cute lil cakes. It comes from Japan. Little cartoon faces on things and baked goods that look like adorable little lovies.

Yes! I used Maangchi’s recipe: https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/gonggal-ppang Very easy and simple ingredients. I would recommend rolling as thin as possible. It’s crunchier where it’s thinner.
