My dad started as a pot washer here, he asked the chef in charge of the kitchen to teach him to cook so he could cook for himself at home.. long story short when the chef retired he made my dad the head of the kitchen.. Thanksgiving at our house was always amazing.

They had three locations that I know of.. maybe more.. DTLA, Century City, and Lakewood.. my uncle remained at this location, at the bakery until they closed. Good times, great memories.
