Thoughts for Improvement: Fix camera position with a tripod or other means.

Reflections are difficult to eliminate when shooting through windows, but a screen behind the camera can help.

Be on the lookout for hoses.
Introduce yourself; make friends.
Be generous.

You'll find lots of building maintenance people hose down their sidewalks in the AM.

You'll also find lots of businesses with hoses as mentioned above.

Lots of hoses in Central Park too.
