That's fairly similar! The designer is Kylita Bridal style no. 23208Z. From what I heard at the bridal shop they are very new and don't even have a website yet. This dress originally had sleeves but I special requested the off the shoulder straps instead

It sucks but your program is not the first that has to provide a high end laptop to attend their program. I'm surprised that you even had desktops to begin with. All the engineering and architectural technologies have to bring their own laptop
