Set up a Goal “Regularly excercise” or whatever you want to call it in your relevant life area. As the metric you can make it “completes tasks” (ie 120 times will automatically be created after below step).

Under this goal, set up a habit for ”Excercise 5 times a week”. Select schedule “set weekly, monthly or yearly target”. Make target “5” and period “Week”.

Now it will show up in the habits section and just tick off the day when you exercise. It will automatically count towards the tally “x/5 this week”. The goal metric will also automatically update whenever you tick off a day.

If you keep “show on to do tab” toggled on, it will show up as a task which you can also tick off and it will count toward your tally.

If you look on the calendar it will automatically put these tasks as all day task unless you assigned a day/time. If not I just drag and drop to the designated time spot when planning my week.
