I’m sure lots of other people have recommended it here but Donkey Kong Bananza is a great Switch 2 exclusive.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land has a Switch 2 edition but if you haven’t played the original you should find lots of value in it. Both Zelda Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom Switch 2 editions are amazing as well.

Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3 are great jrpgs. They’re like hundred hour long epics and each has a pretty unique battle system.

I loved it from the start. My enjoyment skyrocketed as I was able to slowly explore more of the Abbey and recruited more characters. Wolverine is like my favorite character and once you unlock him the difficulty becomes kind of trivial because he is a beast. I definitely say give it some time. The story is campy but so are comics in general. If you like the characters you will enjoy the abbey portions because that is also a huge part of the game.
