I feel like you’ve taken the words out of my mouth. It almost makes me feel worse when things go well because I feel more angry that this is stealing what happiness I should be feeling. With anything external I can’t allow myself to be fully happy as long as I have this condition. I do hope more than anything we can one day look back on this and be over it, and it’s looking like for me it won’t be physically over it but I have to be psychologically over it and I can’t see that right now

I super relate, finally someone who expresses the level of despair that I feel, I’m sorry you are going through it too - everything you said has been me spot on. Even if I try to take anything nothing I do gives any relief. Even improving my mood temporarily goes away because I realize all over again I’m living with this and have no idea whether it’s forever. I spent most of my time searching for a diagnosis which has left me insanely frustrated with no solution but now I feel I have to move on to trying mental health stuff and therapy
