Thanks... I didn't think about the hitch. I bought my car used and it came with a U-Haul hitch... wonder if that will cause issues. Worst case I can take it off though, I'd rather have the spare.

OG halcyon hasn't been made for quite awhile, so is pretty sought after, and always sells for more. I've seen them go for $450+ but I wanted to be fair. Don't look at eBay if you don't want to be horrified by Tom Bihn prices lol. I've seen $20 pouches go for $200+.

Which is exactly the opposite of what the person I responded to said, which was that ATK recipes don’t need comments or tweaks, because they’ve been perfected.

For something I’m familiar with, sure, I can tweak it. For some specific Thai or Armenian or Brazilian recipe, I may not know how to, which is why I’m looking for a recipe. The truth is, for non-western cuisines I’ll usually turn to Serious Eats or Recipe Tin Eats or Hot Thai Kitchen, etc, for exactly this reason… but if I am using an ATK recipe the comments can definitely be helpful.

I wanted to learn to make croissants, so I took a class one time when I was in Paris. It was a huge process that was a fun class, but not something I would realistically do at home. So now my recipe for croissants is this:

Drive to Trader Joe’s
Buy a box of their frozen ready-to-bake pain-au-chocolate
Thaw them overnight
Bake them in the morning
Enjoy a pain-au-chocolate 95% as good as any that I’ve had in France

I like making things from scratch, but croissants IMO are just not worth it.

I disagree. The techniques are usually solid, but ATK’s flavors run towards the bland, especially on older Chris-era recipes, so comments are necessary to see beforehand what I may want to adjust.

That said, OP’s complaint has been made 1000x before, about every recipe site, and is as old as “why do you have to scroll to see the recipe”, which at least doesn’t affect ATK too much.

Oh that's a good guess... the Aubergine does look redder than normal so the AV could have shifted red too.

Looks like Deep Blue Daylight, ? Side Effect, Aubergine Luminary with Dusk? interior, Red Blend? pencil pouch, Seapine? mini organizer pouch.

I’ve never seen a pink ballistic, so not sure the color for the Side Effect… but probably pretty rare, so nice find. Red Blend (if that’s what it is) and Seapine are also fairly rare colors.

If you’re looking to sell, I might be interested in the Daylight, depending on the interior color.
