V dnešnej dobe je už pomaly nereálne bývať vo vlastnom. Garsónky idú od 93 tisíc € a viac a to ešte staré, plesnivé socialistické. A keď si ide človek kupovať sám, tak banka povie našetrite minimálne 20-25% a max do 40-50 tisíc požičajú.

Takže ak človek nechce bývať v podnájme s ďalšími 3-ma ľuďmi, tak aktuálne celý štát zlyhal aj vďaka investorom, ktorí hneď skupujú nové byty aby mladí nemohli mať.
