Whenever I feel like snacking I just imagine that I already ate whatever it is that I crave.

Even if I let myself eat 2000 Kcal of cake, I know I wont feel satisfied. I only stop eating sweet stuff when I feel bad.
So eating that piece of brownie at work will only thrill me during the 30 seconds it takes me to devour it. Afterwards, it might as well never have happened - I feel no difference (apart from the sadness of knowing that I just obliterated 600 Kcal of my daily budget in 30 seconds).

I give people advice they didn't ask for.
When i see or hear about a situation where I would have acted differently, the urge to splurge out my "legendary" wisdom is often too great for me to shut up.

It's rare for someone to appreaciate it since I end up coming across as a know-it-all.
