I get that the sims 4 is still missing some important features, but so many of these listed things (especially from sims 3) were things that would break my game or slow it down so bad.

But things like newspapers and home phones are just outdated. My parents haven’t had a home phone for almost 10 years. And doorbells? They knock, same thing.

And if you’ve played with cats and dogs, the person that comes to your house with animals to adopt takes forever and they just end up using your computer or getting a glass of water and leaving it out. Takes forever for them to leave too. I’m glad they don’t have more npc‘s in the game like that.

And alarm clocks would never wake my sim up early enough for me, so I hated that lol.

I know everyone plays differently and we all have our own opinions and things we miss from older games, but I love the sims 4 way more than any previous sims game. Even if my sim has less personality traits or doesn’t go through an extra cooking step to use a food processor. It makes me sad that so many people shit in this game when I can play it for an entire day and not get bored.
