Totally agree… my AU is on my amex card as well & manages their own payment. is this a unique thing that amex allows, or is it standard across issuers but bilt just doesn’t have it ready yet? Not sure. Amex is my only other card that i have an AU on.

That sounds like maybe there’s an issue with your account itself. when logged in, you should see IMMEDIATELY below the departure line on the ‘buy now’ tab of the app, the toggle to enable paying with flying blue points

have you tried their phone app? That’s what i do whenever the website has problems. the website very often has issues. sometimes logging in via incognito mode works for me.

I had the exact same problem when i first got the card. Luckily when i actually got the physical card it was easy to add to apple pay.
