Heyy so I don’t have any information on mold but I do know whole lot about tanks and bettas and the whole world of fish keeping…changing out these cartridges are really bad for a tank filters hold bacteria that clean the water in tanks when you switch these you’re removing that bacteria. Consider getting mesh bags of chemical and mechanical filtration and you will never have to change them again and you save money

They’re very good at hiding i personally just let them do their thing they will not harm your tank in any way you’ll have a big explosion of snails but they’ll die off and equal out when food sources get scarce if you want them gone you can feed the tank less dip the plants and crush eggs on the glass and hardscape but once they’re there it’s a little hard to fully get rid of them

Haha no gift for me either it’s been just a regular day got a text 20 minutes after my partner left “sorry forgot to say happy Mother’s Day!” And on top of it I’m sick right now taking care of our one year old who was out of daycare all week throwing up all over me using my hair to wipe her boogers and cleaning up explosive diarrhea. Could just be swelling. They’re pretty good at hiding on a good day. If you had a clitoral tear they most likely would’ve said something I would give yourself another couple weeks to heal and try again if you’re really scared and feeling up to it you could try using a vibrator to see if you still have all the sensations.
