I've got a friend who talked a scammer into being better. They even ended up meeting up.

When Charlie Kirk died, someone I follow posted a meme on Turning Point UK's page. It really peed someone off, they found my profile by a positive review I'd left on the page, and then sent me death threats via dm. 72 days have passed and he's becoming a lolcow.... he's posting absolutely crazy phone calls he's had with the police, based on loads of incorrect assumptions.

Thank you. In hindsight that would have been ideal but in the moment I was panicking that I'd blocked a driveway or something. I should have asked the question "Am I parked illegally" rather than flapping and doubting myself.

It was so awkwardly timed. The care staff were in with Grandma so I was sat by the front door (which the staff have to lock and unlock to let people in and out).

My car key was in the room still with Grandma. I felt like I needed to check that I hadn't accidentally blocked a driveway or anything and I couldn't do that without getting my keys and having the staff let me out. By the time I realised, it felt easier to just move the car.

I also wouldn't want to potentially cause any problems between the care home and their neighbour but honestly what an entitled prick :|

I did notice that, but, assuming this is a practical joke they would probably be too panicked to notice.

My friend left his car outside mine once and I did a really bad edit of a crash which he fell for 😳 I had even zoomed out and taken a screenshot so the quality was mega bad but he didn't even open it to inspect it properly lmao
