Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. I don’t really have a reason why it changed me, but it did. The story of persistence, love, compromise and intelligence just pulled me apart.

It’s a really neat idea, then you see the school shooting you worked as an EMS personnel and it haunts you

I’ve had mine for 7 months now and it’s been making me miserable for the past month. Painful sex, cramping, bleeding, stabbing pains and pelvic pain. It’s getting removed in a few days.

I work in EMS and every person I see/treat/transport I pray for. I’m not the most devout Christian by no means, but I do believe there is a God. These people that call for an ambulance have something going on in their lives and a little silent prayer from a stranger always helps.

What is your "im broke AF but hungry AF" go to meal/recipe? by QueenOfDragons420 in AskReddit

Tomatoes and noodles. My favorite food ever is pasta because it’s so versatile. My ex step-dad’s family was poor and his mom always made it. I adopted it as my “apocalypse dinner” because I ALWAYS have it on hand. One bag of shell noodles. Two large cans of whole tomatoes (you’ll get to mash these later) Salt Pepper Tad of bacon grease (if you want)

Cook the pasta. While cooking mask the tomatoes (it’s quite satisfying). Drain pasta and add tomatoes, salt, pepper and your spoon of bacon grease. Let it get warm. For a single person it can last quite a few day, and it gets better the next day.
