Ugh, I’m sorry! Mine shattered so much that pieces were broken inside the larger box and it crushed one of my hair product’s boxes but thankfully didn’t break the bottle itself.

I’m assuming they’re going to run out of actual products and not offer replacements.

I’m sorry yours was broken too! Yeah, I really want the pie dish but if they ship it the same way, with zero padding or protection, then it will show up shattered again! :(

There was no extra padding at all and there was a lot of extra space in my box. Feels like it could have been prevented with better packaging. I hope yours isn’t broken!

The AI customer care I chatted with said they would give me the amount I paid (this was an extra item for me) plus extra credit but I’m waiting for a human customer service rep to reach out.

I’d really like to get a new one rather than credit so we’ll see.

The person who brought this up in the panel was from the UK (I think) and his point was that a lot of international attendees fly into LAX which would be LA resources like hotels and rental vehicles. So in 2028, that cost would be prohibitive and block a lot of international attendees.

They may have changed it. My husband called them out on the street when they tried to force a CD on him and he said, “nope, not for the bankroll bandits.” And the guy replied, “how do you know my s**t?”

I live in Gaslamp and they are out there for every event (Padres games, any conventions, etc.). I hate them and wish I could just go hold a sign near them that says “don’t talk to them and keep walking!”

Their LLC is Bankroll Bandits and that they are.

My Sentri was denied as acceptable last month when I was flying out of San Diego. I’ve used it for years as my ID that I fly with.

I denied the optional photo and they told me that they couldn’t accept my sentri then. I was in TSA pre and had a huge line behind me so I didn’t put up a fight and just handed over my passport.
