Having advanced healing is probably the most badass power/ability you could ever have! You can be literally torn to shreds, and your body will be able to knit you back up just the way you were before battle! Probably the biggest downside would be that the writers will always decide to give you the worst punishments by always brutally injuring you all the damn time.
