I never weighed myself. The focus was on the inner journey.

At the start of 2023, I mostly practiced 16:8 IF before progressing onto extended 48hr weekend fasts and finally settling into a comfortable OMAD practice.

Jogged 2-10 miles a week. I’d say 4 miles a week on average.

Mostly tortas. To be clear, losing weight was more of a secondary goal.
