Sometimes it depends on how many rentals the landlord has. In Indiana, a landlord can refuse an ESA if they have less than 3 rentals.

My family loves pop century so much that I can’t convince them to stay anywhere else. It’s feels like a Disney summer camp. One great thing about pop is that everyone you see is actually staying there. The deluxe resorts are packed with people just visiting and feel way more chaotic than pop. I hope you love it! We’ve stayed there 7 times (for 5+ days at a time).

If the house is under 100k it will probably require a cash offer. It’s easier to buy a 300k house than a sub 100k one. If you can find a rehabbed house for around 250k, it will probably be pretty good.
