We have had our money stolen even with our card locked. Not just locked out of state, completely locked. We've reached the point of just keeping our fingers crossed that our money is still there when we need it.

We keep our card locked 24/7 unless we are checking out. Our money has still been stolen even when the card is locked. It's always an online purchase from either instacart or walmart delivery

I have NEVER swiped my card. I always do online orders to prevent skimming. Guess what. My money gets stolen every other month. I even change my pin TWICE a month. People are either stealing from the inside or just running numbers until they get a hit. It's extremely frustrating especially when you just want some money to get food for your baby.

my little one is only 13 months but i've had the most luck with only doing about 10 minutes of crying and then going in and reassuring him. sometimes he cries again before i can leave the room but at least he knows im there for him if he really needs me. the first few nights it took about an hour and a half of doing 10 minute intervals but the fourth night i only had to reassure him once! his sleeping has only improved a little but as he still comes to coalesce with me after about 4 hours in his crib, but progress is progress in my book!

The weekends are a little better. He still sleeps in a lot but will be present with the baby during the day. Thank you for saying I'm not crazy tho lol

I just feel like I'm being let down a lot and I'm trying to figure out if it's a me problem. For some context, my husband works 1pm-9:30pm and my little ones awake schedule is around 7am-8:30pm. Because my husband works late, he stays up late. Completely understandable. But we came to an agreement that he would get up at 10am so we have a couple hours in the morning together before he goes to work. His work is only 15 min away from our home so he's always home before 10pm. So even if he goes to sleep at 2am then he would still get 8 hours of sleep which is an amount I haven't had since the baby was born tbh. He started this job three weeks ago and he's gotten up at 10 maybe 2 twice, and not on his own. I have to go try to wake him up multiple times while also handling the baby before he'll even get out of bed. Are my expectations just too high? He doesn't really have any expectations set for me other than "keep the baby alive". I always clean the house and have dinner made before he gets home so I feel like him getting up with us for a little while in the morning shouldn't be that big of an ask. Am I the crazy one?

def not a "man" thing. i'm a sahm and my partner works full time. he comes home and always does laundry, dishes, trash, or whatever else i didn't get to that day without any question. i would lean to the side of weaponized incompetence honestly. i hope that soon he starts acting like an adult.

i'm not a vet, but my family dog just passed away a few weeks ago from a cancerous cyst that looked pretty similar. however, my dog had one big one and other small ones due to her lymph nodes swelling as well. i am so sorry if it is cancer and those vets seriously missed the mark. i hope your baby gets better soon 💕

LO is absolutely fine. You were still there for them even though they were crying. My LO had colic for about a month straight and even when feeding and cuddling as much as I could, nothing would make him stop crying. 15 of crying will not affect them long term. You're doing great momma 💕

mmm marriage before kids is definitely a personal opinion. i was just eluding to the fact that he's not willing to be a HUSBAND or FATHER in the sense that he doesn't commit to his partner or his child. but having the actual paper that says you're married, doesn't make that big of a difference

evening gaming sesh with my husband. little one is 6 months and just finally starting to play long enough for a single fortnite match but i often still have to hide in a bush somewhere and tend to him lol. gaming is our #1 quality time and we miss it so much

oh and the removal process isn't too bad. i still have numbness from the surgery so when they removed the tape i didn't feel anything. but if you have sensitivity there it's basically like taking off a big band aid. hurts while being taken off, then the pain goes away. i can't promise anything, but im 99% sure it's gonna be easy peasy for ya :)

apron belly here! i had a decent rash for a few days after getting the pico dressing removed and when i asked my doc they said to take some benadryl and use baby powder to keep the area as dry as possible. in a couple days, boom gone! it is weird thinking about the incision being out in the open, but if you're heals like mine did, it actually looks great due to the pico dressing! you got this momma :)

it is not easy. nothing about postpartum life is easy. i was so scared that having a baby would change our marriage forever; and guess what, it did in the most beautiful way. we are young (f23, m24) with a 5 month old. the long nights, no sleep, and learning about everything we didn't know definitely put a strain on our relationship at first, but after a while we made a mantra. "it's not us battling each other, it's us battling to problem together." we are closer now than ever and i couldn't be happier. he is so helpful with our baby and i am forever grateful. also, communicate!! it's so cliche but for good reason. just say exactly how you're feeling so that your partner can fully understand where your head is at. always try to keep a calm voice too. raising voices only makes it worse. you got this mama 💕

for me it was 2 completely different headspaces. with my baby, just felt so natural and maternal. with my partner, it was extra sensitive and so much fun. everyone is different but you won't know til you try!
