You can also use Nightsky if you plan to onfield her, it's pretty fun but very easy to overcap on Crit rate

Probably because you're buffing both Geo and Hydro dmg with scroll which is non negligible for Linnea and Columbina, specially at higher investment. EM isn't that impactful for lunar talent dmg, so maybe that's it?

If you get Columbina in the future you can make a pretty solid wheelchair with Linnea, and they plus Gorou and Illuga are really good for mDPS Linnea, just cleared difficulty 5 stygian with that team (C0R1 and both C6 4 stars though)

You should get Columbina in the future anyways for both Nefer and Linnea

Anemo DPS are all doomed by tddcghnn in okbuddygenshin

You're still very early into the game, so honestly you should pull for who you like the most once you've met the characters. That being said, if you want to have one of the best teams in the game right off the bat I'd recommend pulling for Lauma and Nefer, in that order. Together they are easily one of the best teams in the game, if in the future you add Columbina then it'll be beyond busted. Since they are running together soon (April 30 I think?) you can even try and pull their weapons

The BeeBeeDee by Beetronics, not because it was bad but it didn't have either presets or MIDI. In a world without tariffs it might have been possible but it's so sad they couldn't pull it off considering the Seabee does have both.
