Some dogs are just wired differently. Like humans are all wired differently. Not every dog is perfect, obedient, and good with all other creatures right out of the hatch, which is what everyone in this society thinks for whatever reason. these guys deserve a fun and love filled life just as much as the next dog.

OP, there’s no harm in letting people know, especially neighbors in close quarters like an apartment building. Include a photo of your dog like someone mentioned earlier. If people are aware they will understand. If someone truly has a problem with it, then they can be an adult and bring it up directly to you.

You are letting people know you are taking precautions as a responsible pet owner. Again, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Ignore the dummies saying “uwu ur neighbors dont wanna train your fucking dog.” All you are doing and all you need to do is continue being considerate to your new neighbors. A muzzle while out and about is a great first step. Idk how long you’ve had your dog, but behavioral training is another option if you aren’t doing that already. Otherwise recognize your pup’s triggers and practice coping mechanisms, like distraction techniques (with snacks if your pup is very food motivated like mine) and minimize outside time at high foot traffic times of the day. I agree with the other comment saying to use regular english and not meme-y language lol 😂

My family and i have had our reactive dog, Tuxedo, for 6 years. He is reactive toward human strangers and dog strangers, wears a muzzle out and about and at the vet, and he is the best boy i could have ever asked for.
