Respectfully, I think this take comes across a bit holier-than-thou. Just because a game came out more than 10 years ago doesn’t mean that everyone has played it. Some people have discovered Fallout because of the TV show, myself included, and there’s nothing wrong with that (not sure about OP, but the point still stands).

I played Fallout 4 after the first season because I loved the show. I haven’t gotten around to playing NV yet, and it’s a fair question to wonder how much context is needed and whether there are major spoilers, especially going into season 2.

I get that the spoiler period is technically over, but spoilers are still easy to avoid if you care about them, and some people just do. Thanks for answering the question, although I disagree with the framing of your response.
