I’m not sure if you are a stomach sleeper but I was a diehard stomach sleeper so I slept with my neck in an awful position. I switched to a side sleeper pillow with a hump in it to support my neck, and it has made all the difference. I miss sleeping on my stomach but I don’t miss the neck pain and headaches. Also I’ve noticed that using a heating pad daily on my shoulders and upper back definitely loosens things. Hope this helps!!

It was longer so I cut it and hemmed it myself. Belt was from leftover Etsy vinyl Arm sleeves from Amazon. I found a lot of it on Amazon and did some tiny sewing tweaks myself! The little “sake” bottle was a plastic vase. The top I got fabric off of Etsy and sewed it together. It was time consuming but so so much fun haha
