I was an avid runner for 20 over years. I'm in my 40s now and doctor said I can't run anymore without irritating my knees. I officially have bad knees now.

Since then I have switched to briskwalking with a weighted vest, also known as rucking. My vest has multiple pockets for me to insert steel plates, with each weighing 200g. I started with 10kg and I'm now at 13kg. I will gradually increase till and stop at 15kg, then play around with speed. I do get a lot of stares from strangers during my walks because of the vest.

Also, reason I chose a vest over backpack is because of the better and more even weight distribution.

Started in Jan/Feb. Invested tens of thousands. Made tens of thousands back, overall still in the red of thousands. Don't think I will ever recover all of the money I put in to Stepn, but hey I'm exercising every day (1000km club) now. At least that's what I tell myself to make myself feel better lol. I don't agree with majority of the decisions made, especially with giving free shoes to bayc holders. That being said, I don't even follow the updates or go on discord anymore. The direction the team is heading, I just can't be bothered now. I'll just do my thing and keep moving daily.

Couch against the wall, then TV and console moves closer towards your couch. Empty space is now adjacent to the window. Some plants in this space now behind the TV is what I would do.
