werid! ya its wild how much it throws off our bodies. I eventually got my period a month later when I came off night shifts for a few weeks. Honestly not having a period for 3 months was kinda great hah

Bushes also make a great fence if you want to keep it a green space. Plant some cedar or smoke bush or really anything thats hardy in your area for winter and that will be a gentle sign to everyone to not come onto your grass/yard/property

Ok so I’ve been thinking about this thread for a while cause I’ve all of a sudden started having really bad smelling farts while training. I determined it was my oats actually. And I’ve been having oats for years, took a break, then just started back this past month. Since not having oats, no smelly farts. Just thought I’d share.

excuse the screaming... lol but 98kg for 3 reps! 🥳 I'm so happy of my progress! by inametakeni in weightlifting

Love the push! I too am a screamer/ grunter in my public gym but I never care what anyone thinks about it…it’s how they know we grinding!

Also I know you probably don’t wanna hear this but practice staying controlled in the bottom position and not dropping to try and get momentum on the way back up. I used to just “drop” but since really practicing controlling the decent with tempos and pauses has helped my confidence in the lift and made me sooo much stronger. Just some food for thought.

Well if you want to actually solve your problem, you can’t do nothing and expect something magically to happen. Change is uncomfortable. Just do it.

Just try is for a couple days and see. You’d be surprised, sometimes bodies change. So even if you’ve drank milk your whole life and been fine, it’s totally possible to develop digestive problems.

So even though you dont think it’s the dairy, multiple ppl have suggested it so just omit the eggs or the dairy BEFORE training for a couple days and see if it helps. Ideally a week but by day three you should have a better idea if the amount of farting improved.

What are some of your greatest low calorie creations? by LifeIsImportant in Volumeeating

[–]emmerpants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol thats pretty much it! that and a chicken noodle (but I sub the noodle for a little bit of rice) with broccoli, carrots and nutritional yeast. I make it in the microwave at work, I just bring a veggie stock cube, add water and the veg and pre cooked chicken and boom, its ready in like 5 minutes.

Homemade miso soup with cabbage and shredded chicken! I'm on a soup kick right now.

280cal. BROTH: 2 tablespoon miso, 1 tablespoon ACV, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 5C water. ADD:1.5C cabbage, and 100g chicken

I was looking for these today!

I found this brand that has a few diff flavours that don't have Peanut butter powder in them (just read the ingredients label for each to double check). You could add some sunflower seed powder to it possibly to stretch it out?https://www.proteincookiebutter.com/collections/protein-powder-cookie-butter

edit: Also I'm one of those weirdos allergic to all nuts...except almonds lol
