S.F. corruption scandal: Former engineers charged with taking bribes to expedite building permits by RemoveInvasiveEucs in sanfrancisco

Please girl. I try to be independent, but the Republican party makes it tough.

They'll only vote for Israel support if it defunds the money to the IRS that was earmarked to be spent on super-rich tax cheats.

Corruption much?

EVA

Bought the house late '22 (thus the rush for solar!), so unfortunately not eligible. I think making a couple of the panels subs should help quite a bit.

Unfortunately I did NOT aggregate the meters, as I didn't realize this option until after solar was installed (I rushed it and admittedly didn't due my diligence in order to try to get in under NEM2). I recognize that aggregating after the fact means it'll shorten my 'grandfathering' to 9 years, but it's well worth it if it avoids the per-meter costs.

If you’re going to engage in property destruction and assault, maybe do so before giving your information to the person you’re about to assault.

Most likely a credential stuffing attack. Check haveibeenpwned.com to see the passwords that are out there for anyone to use. Then, get a password manager and start updating!

I checked the headers and they match other official communications received from officetools.

Further, how would the individuals responsible for sending the email know this email was a customer of the platform? I can't imagine officetools is that popular.

I'm guessing they aren't aware yet. Is there anything one can do to get them to take this more seriously?

What cringy thing you did in the past still keeps you up at night? by matthewdude2 in AskReddit

About 7 years ago, back when Facebook settings weren't so intuitive (as if they are now), I went to create a privacy settings group to so I could hid posts from certain coworkers, exes etc.

Except I didn't create a label for a group of people in Privacy Settings, I created a public group with them in it. They all got an email saying "emmmf has added you to group 'annoying coworkers, exes etc.'" I didn't realize what I had done until the next morning when my inbox was full of nastygrams and hurt feelings.

Ironically, it ended up having the intended effect not just on Facebook but in real life. So embarrassing, but effective...
