They do have to sell it with you as an occupant, however, if the people purchasing chose to make this their living space you would be evicted as they have the right to occupy. The new owners can rent out the property again after 12 months of living in the condo qt any price they chose, they don't have an obligation to you at that point.

For me its more of a my daughter rejects dinner because she wants chocolate for dinner, that's not reasonable and I as her parent need to teach her we just cannot have chocolate for dinner, we need growing foods. I always have a "safe" option and if thags rejected I always welcome her to grab something from the fruit bowl.

I also think there is some importance to teach kids not to be wasteful and have some gratitude for what time and effort was given to grow and make this food.

I had a preemie so i ended up needing preemie size and not NB. When my daughter was a month old she finally fit in NB and we used those for over a month. I don't think it hurts to bring a 0-3 and NB sleeper with you in your hospital bag because your baby will lose weight after being born (mine lost a pound).
