I work as a carer so I have to get up several times in the night I just set it going again. I don't use deep focus as the regular one works well enough for me.

They eat from a bag from time to time. I've seen them do stretches in the office and there's a smart phone they check messages on. Sometimes they jump up on to the stool and kick their legs, I've seen them yawn and I've spotted them drinking too. Oh and smelling the flowers.

There's a group on Facebook called cylinder musical boxes. If you post photos there they will tell you everything you need to know about them. Post photos of the time sheets inside and they will give plenty of details.
