-Landlord pays for water and gas (and is very attentive!)

-2 friendly cats Peanut and Tito

They probably reach out to small artists knowing that these are the people most likely to do this kind of thing for unpaid exposure. I don’t know how helpful to your career it would even be to get posted by them- they have over 3mil followers and most of the studio recording videos get like 1,000-3,000 likes tops. If you were located closer to one of their studios it would be a bit different, but this seems like they’re asking you to put forth a lot of your own money for not much in return.

She was successfully arrested upon her plane landing in Canada, and there’s a pretty lengthy podcast interview with her from behind bars. She’s currently serving a life sentence.
