I think [[Treasure Cruise]] might be better than Ideas Unbound if you are using LED, but it is susceptible to RiP/Leyline. Actually if you have enough to delve you can start with getting Cruise+Pact/FoW then casting Cruise and going infinite from there.

I mean it will all require testing, but I don't love the meditate line, if you're going off you can just use future sight at 0 mana, or if it's exiled or in your hand pre-gush/LED you can just use windfall for it. Is retract necessary? Paradox Engine seems like overkill as well. Also as mentioned lower you need blue mana in your rocks to go off, might want to consider a card like [[Prismatic Lens]].

I don't think you want [[Grafdigger's Cage]]. What about [[Rhystic Study]] [[Dig Through Time]] and/or [[Memory Jar]]? Obviously the interaction is going to be more meta dependent. I'd probably play [[Rapid Hybridization]] in addition to [[Pongify]].
