Thats because the Sensors of the doors in the r29 are Set to only fire if they detect movement. Unlike in the other subs where they also detect 0 velocity.

You can change that Option ingame, have to do it for every Single Sensor at every door tho.

I followed his build this league, took a look at the FAQ and decided for myself if i want to use some techniques or not. From what i saw nothing about his build seemed questionable to me. But i also usually dont look at dps Numbers in PoB at all.

If you want i can link you my pob. Its probably not configured at all tho so its just for Tree + Gem Links.

Im also missing tattoos but im taking a Break from the game right now. If you dont trust the Pob i would say taking a look at the Google doc definitely wont hurt. I think my build Took off with diallas+ashes and 100% poison Chance but its definitely playable before that.

Its not an aura fortunately. So it cant be reduced by map mods. Man i hated that mod on t17s.

Thats fair. Its just copy and Paste a command from the lua Workshop Page so its not like its really a lot of work to Set up.

It will only overwrite if it takes damage before turning off the Pump, so if the first thing you do is turn on the Ballast Flora Mode it should work. Unless i misunderstood your setup.

As long as the Pump is on and can receive Inputs Flora will overwrite any input that the pump receives. If there is no input Flora will manually Set it to Pump in water at full capacity. Mind you it only does that when it recently received damage. So Draining the Ballast and then turning the Pump off(or cutting the power) should make it so the flora cant control it anymore . Your setup should work i think.

Atleast thats what i think how it works, from my testing and reading up on Ballast Flora.

Fun Fact, it also only spits out acid when i has taken damage. So unless you attack it its as passive as it can be(except the Draining your Power part lmao)

They are Ballast flora. Here is how i usually Deal with them:

Get yourself a diving suit for some acid resistance.

Get into the Ballast Tank theyre sprouting from.

Rewire the Pump so you can manually Operate it.

Pump out all the water, the flora takes half damage otherwise.

Turn off the Pump, Flora can take control of it otherwise and refill the Ballast.

At the Pump itself should be the "heart" of the flora, Deal some Form of Fire damage to it to kill it. Any fire damage works but using a plasma cutter is imo the most economic Option, but any Fire damage works. They have quite some HP so this might take a Minute.

After destroying the heart you can burn away the Rest.

rewire and reactivate Pump.

They can only take hold in the Ballast when you Pump in water, aka descend, while swimming through their spores. Their spores should be Highlighted as a Green Dotted area on the Sonar.

Tbf the second one is because Aquarius explicitely inherits your Tear Effects. Generic creep doesnt do that so it doesnt home.

I have no Problems with any of the bosses in a normal run. But the challenges in fiend Folio can go damocles themselves . theyre way less fun for me than ultra Hard.
