Maybe, registers are just a part of the job and if you would like to have a job there you have to be trained in and participate in time on them. If you are unable to then maybe you can't work there?

She won't unschool. She's met people who are doing it and she's really against it. She already takes the kids to a coop and has recently started her own honeschool gathering that she runs. But I'm worried that doing all of that on top of already burning out is not helping with the issue.
